Justin Keiler is a highly skilled and dedicated massage therapist with more than 5 years of experience focusing mainly on work with athletes. He found his calling as a massage therapist while receiving treatment for his own injuries from an accident, and has excelled at treating a wide range of conditions.
Justin has the unique ability to create a lighthearted atmosphere in the treatment room, and always has extra advice on how to get your body working better faster. He works at a deeper pressure that athletes enjoy and specializes in a combination of myofascial release, neuromuscular, trigger point, and sports massage. Justin is also a certified Rock Doc, fully trained in the use of kinesio-tape for sports injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.
Justin is also a treasured member of the Wellspring family, being the husband of Dr Amanda and father of Sabine, our other massage therapist. He’s also an avid ukulele player, with a collection of nearly two dozen ukes.
SABINE KEILERMassage Therapist, Office Manager
Sabine Keiler is a 3rd generation therapeutic massage therapist with a special interest in treating fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis. She has a passion for helping mothers and mothers-to-be with all the changes their muscles go through in carrying and caring for a child, the shifts that happen during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and childbirth, considering all of the lingering changes in muscle function left by these activities.
Sabine combines neuromuscular, trigger point, and myofascial techniques to give you the benefits of a therapeutic massage along with the relaxation of a Swedish massage. Sabine has worked extensively in an integrative setting, and is well experienced in combining massage with other therapies such as acupuncture and chiropractic to help bring your body to its ideal state. She works at a therapeutic pressure which is typically lighter than a deep tissue massage but without the residual soreness of deep tissue therapy.
