“You are what you eat” is not just a slogan, but a way of life at Wellspring. We help our patients become aware of the influence their diet has over their entire state of health. We are all made of food, air and water, and many ailments can be healed by making some dietary and lifestyle modifications. What you eat makes a huge difference in how you feel!

We practice functional medicine, integrated with ancient principles of Chinese dietary therapy. Dr. Walker or Dr. Peters may recommend specific diet modifications, in addition to herbal or vitamin supplements tailored to your condition. We may order labs or review your own, and make recommendations intended to put you back in balance, naturally.

Specific exercises, stretches, breathing exercises or other lifestyle changes may be recommended to help you to learn how to get well faster and stay well longer.
